Meet our Founder & Principal Consultant
Kiley Trupiano is a seasoned biotech and pharmaceutical executive with over 15 years of leadership experience driving commercial success, market access strategies, and operational excellence.
With a distinguished career spanning large pharmaceutical corporations and emerging biotech firms, Kiley has held leadership roles at Seagen, Eli Lilly, and Pfizer in both the United States and Europe. Her leadership extends beyond corporate settings, having served as a Board Fellow for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome UK.
Kiley holds an MBA with distinction from London Business School, and a BS from the University of Michigan. She is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
